しかしなんとこの店じゃ

でかいユッケ用の肉ブロックを調達して
それを注文がある度にスライスして使ってた
つまり、注文がある度に一度冷凍庫から出して使ってたってこと
悪いが同業者としてはあまりにもずさんな管理に殺意が沸く
もし仮に俺が同じ厨房でそんなことを部下がやったら包丁や鍋投げつけてブチ切れるレベル

生食というのはそれだけ厳しく管理してこそ安全なのだから
まず280円の時点でこの牛は検査されてないのが丸わかりな上
小分けもされてないから半解凍→冷凍を繰り返してた

菌が増殖して当然だろうが
使う分だけ小分けに真空パックして冷凍してないとか何事だよ、ふざけてんのか
